Squid Adobo

- 1 kg fresh squid
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Clean squid by removing the clear membrane inside.
- Place squid in a small pot with the vinegar and water, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, saute onion and garlic. Add and the squid mixture.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
