Spinach Dip For Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. minced frzn spinach
- 1 1/4 to 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. minced green onion
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least 6 hrs. Thaw spinach and squeeze out all liquid before mixing the dip.
