Spicy Garlic Kangkong
A twist of my original kangkong with garlic. Spice up! Ingredients
- 2 bunch of Kangkong leaves with stalks (sliced)
- soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper
- 1 bulb of garlic (minced)
- Chili slices/chili flakes
- Olive oil
Directions
- Saute the garlic for a minute or 2.
- Add a bit of soy sauce and garlic powder, stir fry.
- Add in the the slicedKangkong stalks and let it cook for a minute or 2. Then add the sliced leaves. Stir fry.
- Add a bit of water and let it stir fry more.
- Add the chilies. Stir fry.
- Put into a platter and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Serve as side dish.
