  • Spicy Crumbed Potato Wedges With Cheese And Bacon Dip

    Ingredients

    • 4 med potatoes, scrubbed (4 to 6)
    • 2 Tbsp. oil
    • 1/4 c. dry breadcrumbs
    • 1 tsp MAGGI Garlic Stock Pwdr
    • 1 tsp MAGGI Chicken Stock Pwdr
    • 1 tsp dry oregano
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1 pkt MAGGI Cheese & Bacon Dip Mix
    • 1 can NESTLE Reduced Cream
    • 1 tsp lemon juice or possibly vinegar

    Directions

    1. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges.
    2. Place in a large plastic bag. Add in the oil and toss the potatoes to coat with the oil.
    3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
    4. Add in the crumb mix to the potatoes and toss till the potatoes are well coated.
    5. Place in a large shallow baking dish.
    6. Cook in a preheated oven, 190 C, for 45-50 min or possibly till the potatoes are tender and golden.
    7. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the dip following the packet directions.
    8. Serve the potato wedges with the dip.
    9. NOTES : Serves 8-10 as a 'nibble'
