Spare Ribs Roasted with Garlic & Red Pepper
Adapted from: Lidia’s Italian American Kitchen. These ribs are delicious and so tender. Enjoy with Love, Catherine Ingredients
- About 4 lbs. pork spare ribs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic – crushed and chopped
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 dried bay leaves
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
Directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees:
- Cut the rack of spare ribs between the bones into single ribs.
- Place them in a roasting pan and add the olive oil, garlic, bay leaves and red pepper flakes. Pour in the stock and roast, until the liquid is almost completely evaporated and the ribs are golden brown. About 2 hours.
