Spanish Pork Chops With Rice
Ingredients
- 4 loin pork chops
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
Directions
- Heat fat in frying pan, add in chops and brown on both sides. Remove chops to a 2-quart casserole. Add in rice. Add in remaining ingredients to frying pan in that chops were fried. Stir to pick up drippings. Pour over pork chops; cover, bake in a 400 degree oven for 45 min.
