Spanish Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 bot Spanish Marinade
- 2 lrg bay leaves
- salt & pepper
- garlic pwdr
- sugar
- 4 x pork chops 1" thick (4 to 8)
Directions
- In a zip lock bag; combine marinade, bay leaves, and a sprinkling of garlic pwdr and a healthy pinch of sugar. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and garlic pwdr.
- Put pork chops and marinade components in a zip lock bag and place in refrigerator to marinade for at least 4 hrs.
- Light grill; and remove pork chops from marinade. Throw away marinade; grill chops to desired doneness.
