    Ingredients

    • 400g spaghetti
    • salt
    • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 onion
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 300 ml vegetable broth
    • 2-3 big tomatoes
    • 200 ml tomato sauce
    • 100 ml sour cream
    • fresh pepper
    • cayenne pepper
    • nutmeg
    • herbes de Provence
    • 200g cow cheese
    • green pepper
    • dry basilic
    • fresh parsley

    Directions

    1. 1.Boil al dente spaghetti in water with a little salt,and dry them well.
    2. 2.Heat the oil in a pan.
    3. 3.Peel the onion and garlic ,mince them and stew them.
    4. 4.Add the vegetable broth with sliced and peeled tomatoes,tomato sauce,salt,pepper,cayenne pepper,nutmeg, Provence herbes and boil them till the sauce is thick.
    5. 5.Mix cow cheese with sour cream and green pepper.
    6. 6.In a round tray or plate,put a ladle of spaghetti,a ladle of white sauce,till,you finish the pasta and white sauce.
    7. 7.On the spaghetti put the tomato sauce,and,decorate with dry basilic,green pepper and fresh parsley.
