Southern Barbecued Ribs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. country style ribs, fat trimmed
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- In 3 qt casserole put ribs, onion, water and bay leaf; cover and microwave at medium (5) for 30 to 40 min. Turn over at half time. Drain. Remove bay leaf. In mixing bowl blend remaining ingredients, pour over ribs. Microwave at 6 for 10 min. Serve.
