Sour Cream Sauerkraut Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lg. jar sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 roll German sausage
- 2 green peppers, cut up
- 1 lg. onion, cut up
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and green pepper in butter. Add in chunked sausage and cook 10 to 15 min. Add in sauerkraut and heat till bubbly (not TOO Warm or possibly cream will curdle). Add in lowfat sour cream and mustard.
