Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- A little grated onion
- 2 c. cooked chicken or possibly more
- Grated cheese
- Flour shells
Directions
- Mix together lowfat sour cream, soup and onion; set aside. Spray bottom of 9"x13" pan with Pam or possibly butter. On flour shell put sauce down center, sprinkle diced chicken on next. Sprinkle cheese on next. Roll up flour shell and place in pan. Put leftover sauce on top and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or possibly till bubbly. Serve with minced tomatoes and lettuce and salsa.
