Sour Cream Biscuits And Butter
Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- Vinegar Butter (below)
Directions
- Use pastry blender to cut lowfat sour cream and shortening into dry ingredients. Pat out on lightly floured board. Cut into biscuits. Turn oven in buttered baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees till lightly brown. Makes 20 biscuits, can be frzn.
