    Ingredients

    • To 3 liters of water:
    • 300 grams of minced meat (chicken)
    • Onion 1 pc.
    • Rice - 70 grams
    • Potatoes - 2.(Medium size).
    • Carrot - 1 pc
    • Pickles - 3 pcs. small (pickles)
    • Parsley, ukrup etc.
    • Salt and pepper to taste.

    Directions

    1. Cooking.
    2. Salt and pepper ground meat and add half of onion, stir and make small balls. Cut potatoes into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater, wash rice. Put a pan with water over high heat, when the water boils, dip half of a whole (not chopped) onion, meatballs, potatoes, rice, carrot.
    3. When water boils again, remove the resulting foam and reduce heat to low. Boil until cooked rice.While everything is cooked in a pan, cut pickles and fresh herbs. Once the rice is cooked, add the chopped pickles and cook for another 3-4 minutes, then add the herbs, salt to taste and leave to cook for 2-3 minutes.
    4. Soup is ready.
