    Ingredients

    • 1 lb navy beans
    • 1 lb great northern beans
    • 1 lb pinto beans
    • 1 lb red beans
    • 1 lb soybeans
    • 1 lb yellow split peas
    • 1 lb green split peas
    • 1 lb black eyed peas
    • 1 lb lentils
    • 1 lb large lima beans
    • 1 lb baby lima beans
    • 1 lb pearl barley

    Directions

    1. Makes 40 Packages Each pkg. contains 2 c.
    2. Combine all the ingredients in a large pan or possibly bowl. Measure out 2-c. giftpackages and store in airtight containers
    3. NOTES : Here's a good soup mix which I usually assemble when I buy my beans in bulk. When displayed in a beautiful container or possibly glass jar, they make wonderful gifts. Often, I assemble gift baskets with various soup mixes, beverage mixes, bread/muffin mixes, and choose between soup mugs or possibly baking pans.They are always received with hot happy smiles!
