    A delish pasta salad with vibrant color and fab. Taste of a fresh roasted garlic and fresh basil... You will N-e-v-e-R stop making it!!! I made it for the first time on Father's Day going to the beach for the day.... It was amazing!!!!

    Ingredients

    • 1 bag of rainbow bow tie pasta 3/4 lb
    • 1 cup of EVOO extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 Head garlic top chopped off about 1/4 inch and exposed the garlic cloves
    • 1 cup diced cherry fresh tomatoes ( this is the season!!!)
    • 1/4 cup sliced basil leaves
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 3/4 Tspn black pepper
    • 1 tsp kosher salt
    • 1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted
    • 1/4 red pepper flaked

    Directions

    1. Take the garlic give it some love with canola spary salt 'n pepper.....
    2. Place in the pre- heated oven of 350 for about 20 mins or 'till you go crazzzzzyyyyy with the aroma ..... Take it out and let it chilllllll....
    3. cook the paste according to the bag's order.... Drain from the liquid 'n Let it cool aside with one tblspn of olive oil
    4. While the pasta taking a bath....pop the garlic out... Into the food processor ....with all the olive oil and S&P ( salt and pepper)
    5. place it in a wide deep skillet on low heat for 5 mins...
    6. Add the tomatoes and parm. Cook 4 five mins
    7. Add pepper flakes ans pasta for 3 mins
    8. Finish with olives... and garnish with basil
    9. And serve your guest and you....
    10. Bon appetite ...
