Solar Macaroni and Cheese
Easy Macaroni and Cheese for a solar cooker. Ingredients
- 2 cups dry Elbow macaroni, 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of water using the evaporated milk can, 3 to 4 kinds of cheese, any kind you like. I use cheddar, feta, velvetta and sharp cheddar and sometimes I will add jack cheese.
Directions
- Add all the ingredients together in a round dark enamelware pan with lid.
- Place in solar cooker.
- You may want to check it in a hour or so to stir and maybe add more milk, regular or evaporated.
- Don't take off the lid too often. You can leave it in the solar over for 3 to 6 hours.
- You can also add any ingredients, that make macaroni and cheese special for your family.
