    Ingredients

    • 2 oz Blanco tequila
    • .5 oz Campari
    • .5 oz Lime juice
    • .5 oz Passion fruit puree (unsweetened)
    • .5 oz Vanilla Bean-Infused Agave Syrup
    • .5 oz Egg white
    • 2 oz Cream soda
    • Garnish: Lime zest
    • Glass: Collins

    Directions

    1. Add all the ingredients except the cream soda to a shaker. Shake without ice to incorporate the egg white. Fill with ice and shake again, vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the cream soda and garnish with lime zest.
    2. *VANILLA BEAN-INFUSED AGAVE SYRUP
    3. INGREDIENTS:
    4. 4 oz Raw agave nectar
    5. 4 oz Water
    6. 1 Vanilla bean, split in half lengthwise
    7. PREPARATION:
    8. Stir together the agave nectar and water until fully combined. Add the vanilla bean and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
