Slow Cooker Venison Pot Roast Or Stew
Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) roast or possibly stew meat
- Salt
- Veg. oil
- 2 tbsp. each soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Directions
- Season roast with salt to taste. Brown in warm oil in skillet. Place browned meat in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
- Cover and cook on slow for 8-10 hrs. Serve over rice.
