- 8 cups water
- 2 cups oats (steel cut)
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a 5-6 quart slow cooker and turn on low
- Put lid on and leave for 7-8 hours or until oats are tender
