Sloppy Joes (Barbecue)
Great recipe to cut in half, double or even triple Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped Celery
- 2 Green Peppers
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 small bottle of Ketchup
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 small can Tomato Paste
Directions
- Simmer meat, onion, celery, peppers and water together until meat is gray and onion and celery are transparent.
- Add remaining ingredients; and boil for 40 minutes.
