- 2 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (~1/2 large grapefruit)
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (~1/2 medium lime)
- 1/2 teaspoon agave nectar
- 2 ounces tequila
- 2 ounces sparkling water (we like using grapefruit flavored sparkling water)
- Kosher salt (for serving)
- Grapefruit wedge (for serving)
Directions
- Run a wedge of grapefruit across the top of a highball glass and coat the rim in salt.
- Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave and tequila in glass and stir until combined. Top with ice and sparkling water. Enjoy!
