    • 4 MED. RUSSET OR IDAHO POTATOES PEELED OR UNPEELED
    • 1 CAN TUNA DRAINED(ADD MORE IF YOU DESIRE)
    • 3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER OR MARGERINE
    • 1 CUP FROZEN PEAS
    • 1-2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
    • MILK TO COVER BOTTOM OF 10 INCH SKILLET 3/4cUP TO START
    • SALT&PEPPER

    1. LAYER THINLY SLICED POTATOES INTO SKILLET (10") THAT HAS HAS ABOUT 3/4 CUP MILK.BETWEEN LAYERS ADD SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE AND DRAINED TUNA(2-3 LAYERS) AS WELL AS FROZEN PEAS.SPRINKLED WITH SALT AND PEPPER .BUTTER OR MARGERINE ON FINAL LAYER. COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES WITH LID ON. WHEN POTATOES ARE TENDER -GET YOUR PLATES READY
