    This is a quick and easy version of the traditional baked version of the recipe.

    Ingredients

    • 3 Chicken Breasts
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1/4 C. Milk
    • 1/2 C. Breadcrumbs
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • 1 Jar of your favorite Spaghetti Sauce
    • 1 Pkg. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • 1/2 Box Angle Hair Pasta
    • Olive oil for frying

    Directions

    1. Pat Chicken breasts dry, and pound in between plastic wrap. Cut pounded breasts in half. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Mix egg wash - eggs with milk and stir well. Dip chicken into egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs. Start heating salted water for pasta on Medium High heat on stove.
    3. Heat large skillet over medium high heat (with lid that you will use later), Once hot, cut heat to medium, add oil, then breaded chicken. Cook chicken 5-8 minutes (turning once halfway though). Add pasta to water. Once chicken is cooked, pour jar of sauce first over chicken, then remainder into pan. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Cover with lid (to melt cheese). Drain pasta, then serve with pasta on the bottom, and top with Chicken Parmesan and sauce from skillet.
    4. Enjoy!
