Sinuam na Halaan
A very easy recipe, a very tasty shellfish. Fresh and delicious for you and your family. Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons sliced onions
- 1 tablespoon crushed ginger
- 1 cup shredded yellow corn
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups halaan
- 2 cups malunggay leaves
Directions
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions, ginger and corn.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Cook until corn is tender.
- Add halaan and cook for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pinch of pepper
- Add malunggay leaves. Cover.
- Simmer for a few minutes, and turn off heat.
