    Ingredients

    • 2 tomatoes
    • 1 avocado
    • 10 large pitted black olives
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 2------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    • 1 red Bartlett pear
    • 1 navel orange
    • 2 tablespoon diced red onion
    • 2 tablespoon feta cheese
    • 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
    • 3------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    • 10 green grapes
    • 1 cup pineapple chunks
    • 1 naval orange
    • 2 tablespoons toasted almonds
    • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

    Directions

    Salad 1:Slice Tomato, avocado and large pitted black olives are sprinkled with lime juice. Serve on bed of lettuce or spinach.

    Salad 3: Slice green grapes, pineapple chunks, orange pieces, toasted almonds, shredded coconut
