Simple Pan Fried Fish
Ingredients
- 1 x (2-lb) fish
- 4 x -(up to)
- 6 Tbsp. Oil
- Soy sauce
Directions
- 1. Prepare fish as in steps 1 and 2 of "Basic Braised Soy Fish".
- 2. Heat oil. Brown fish quickly on both sides over high heat.
- 3. Reduce heat to medium and fry fish till done (about 5 min on each side). Remove from pan. Sprinkle generously with soy sauce and serve.
