Simple Fried Egg Sandwich
This has been a family favorite any time of day. Ingredients
- Butter
- Bread
- Egg
- Cheese
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Heat a frying pan and add a pat of butter, fry your egg - salt and pepper to taste. Sometimes I place a lid over the egg. While the egg is frying toast two slices of bread, then butter them. When your egg is cooked to your liking place a slice of cheese on top and melt it. Then place the egg with cheese on your toasted bread and make a sandwich.
