Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 pound (36-40 count per pound) shrimp
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Tabasco Sauce
- Cooked pasta of your choice
Directions
- Sauté onion and parsley in butter until onion is tender. Add lemon juice and garlic and stir. Add shrimp, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Sauté until shrimp are pink. Serve with pasta.
