Shrimp 'N Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies
- 1 c. thick 'n chunky salsa
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 pound lg. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounce. fettucini, cooked and liquid removed
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat butter and saute/fry garlic and onion for 3 to 4 min. Stir in green chilies, salsa, and lime juice, cook till bubbly. Stir in shrimp; cook till shrimp are cooked and turn pink. On a large platter, place fettucini and top with shrimp salsa.
