Shrimp In Patty Shells
Ingredients
- 1 c. ham strips
- 2 c. cooked shrimp
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 med. clove garlic, chopped
- 3/4 celery, minced
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 4 frzn pastry patty shells, baked & ready (Pepperidge Farm)
Directions
- In saucepan lightly brown ham and saute/fry mushrooms, celery, onion and garlic in butter. Stir in soup and cream. Add in shrimp and parsley. Serve in patty shells. Serves 4.
