  • Shrimp Fiesta Bars

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
    • 8 ounce. cream cheese
    • 2 green onions, minced
    • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
    • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp. horseradish
    • 2 to 4 ounce. cans shrimp

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread crescent rolls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Healthy pinch seams together and bake for 12 min. Cold crust.
    2. Using food processor or possibly mixer, blend cream cheese, onions, onion salt, lemon juice and horseradish till smooth. Blend in shrimp untiil smooth. Spread mix on cooled crust. Mix cocktail sauce and horseradish spread proportionately over cream cheese mix. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle on shrimp. Cut into bars and serve.
