Shortcut Frozen Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (3 3/4 ounce.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1 (8 ounce.) Cold Whip, thawed
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pound can (2 c.) fruit cocktail, liquid removed
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Prepare pudding as package directions. Blend in Cold Whip, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into Bundt pan and freeze. Set in hot water few seconds to unmold. Let stand 5 min before serving.
