Short Cut Chili Con Carne
Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans kidney beans
Directions
- In skillet break up beef with fork and cook till lightly browned. Pour off excess fat. In slow cooking pot combine meat with onion, salt, chili pwdr, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, and kidney beans. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hrs.
