Sgroppino (Frozen Lemon Cocktail)
Ingredients
- 6 sm spoons of lemon sorbet
- 1 Tbsp. vodka
- 2 Tbsp. Prosecco (sparkling wine), chilled
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds, till creamy and thick. Serve immediately in a champagne flute.
