Seasoned Crinkle Cut French Fries
Fresh cut potatoes crinkle cut and baked in the oven till crispy. Ingredients
- 4 Idaho Baking potatoes
- 2 Tbl Canola oil
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Wash potatoes
- Cut in strips with crinkle cut tool or slice into medium wedges with a knife
- Dry potato slices and place in a mixing bowl
- In a separate bowl put oil and spices in and mix well
- Pour seasoned oil over potatoes and mix well with hands
- Place potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer
- Bake for 45 minutes
