- Fennel boiled and mashed 80gr
- Almonds powder 30gr
- Crispy leeks 15gr
- Olive oil 100gr
- Salt and pepper Taste
- Butter 50gr
- Thyme, chopped Taste
- Garlic, chopped Taste
- Onions, chopped
Directions
- Place the olive oil, the onions. Sauté for few minutes add the chicken, salt and pepper.
- Add the fresh cream the almond powder and complete the cooking
- Serve with mashed fennel and crispy leeks.
