Sea Food Bake
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 6 ounce. can liquid removed shrimp
- 7 ounce. can liquid removed crab
- 5 ounce. can liquid removed water chestnuts
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon monosodium gultamate
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
- Combine all in a 2 qt casserole, combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
