Scallop Sauce For Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 pound scallops (bay scallops are fine here)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 T garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon (or possibly a little more) red pepper flakes
- 1 pound pasta
- 2-3 teaspoon parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon each)
- Unflavored fresh bread crumbs, sauteed in oil
Directions
- Saute garlic in oil and add in parsley. Add in scallops and cook just till opaque 3- 4 min. Pour over pasta and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
