Scallop Bubbly Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb Scallops
- 1 can lobster meat, 8oz
- 1 med Onion
- 3 x Celery stalks
- 1 can Mushrooms, sliced, 8oz
- 1 med Green pepper, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup, 10z
- 1 c. Buttered bread crumbs
Directions
- Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute/fry vegetables. Place in a greased casserole. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for 30-35 min.
