Sauteed Broccoli Crowns and Red Bell Pepper in a Lemon Soy Sauce
Great flavors in this vegetable side dish! Ingredients
- 16 ounces Broccoli (cut crowns)
- one Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons low sodium Soy Sauce
- one Fresh Lemon juice only
- 2 tablespoons vegetable stock
- Black Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a saute pan add soy sauce and lemon juice, black pepper, vegetable stock, add sliced red bell pepper, and cook 3 minutes on medium heat, reduce heat to low add broccoli crowns and saute 3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
