- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 pound mild sausage
- 1 pound warm sausage
- 2 (4 ounce.) Packages shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 egg
- Parmesan cheese
- Parsley flakes
- Garlic salt
- Brown sausage together. Drain on paper towel.
- Unroll crescent rolls, healthy pinch together seams, roll out on well floured surface to 15x15. 2 cans makes two rolls.
- Mix egg with sausage. Divide proportionately between the two rolls. Spread over entire roll. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Add in remaining ingredients on top. Roll up like a jelly roll. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
