Sausage Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3 c. sliced uncooked potatoes
- 1-2 carrots and/or possibly celery
- 2 med. onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds (optional)
- 3 tbsp. finely minced parsley
- 2-3 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Brown sausage; drain. Add in flour. Cook potatoes, combine with sausage and simmer with all vegetables. Before serving, add in grated cheese to taste.
