Sausage Chili (For The Crockpot)
Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 2 can red kidney beans (15.5 ounce. ea.) liquid removed
- 1 can tomatoes (28 ounce.) cut-up
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced green pepper
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 can tomato paste (6 ounce.)
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chili pwdr
Directions
- In skillet cook sausage & grnd beef until browned; drain off excess fat. Transfer meat to crock pot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover & cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hrs.
