Sausage Cheese Brunch Casserole
- 1 pound bulk sausage, cooked & liquid removed
- 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- Spread sausage in 9"x13" dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min till slightly set and golden. Cut in squares to serve. Serves 8 to 10.
