Sausage Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 10 ounce. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
- 1 pound sausage (warm is good)
Directions
- With hands, mix all ingredients. Roll into marble sized balls. Freeze. Bake while still frzn at 325 degrees till toasted about 20 to 30 min. Makes about 100. These freeze before or possibly after baking. Great for appetizers or possibly in BBQ sauce. Serve warm.
