Sauerkraut And Sausage Hot Dish
Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 ring smoked sausage or possibly any kind of sausage
- 1 pkg. sauerkraut (liquid removed)
Directions
- Cut bacon and fry, not too crisp, cut onions and fry with the bacon; cut sausage in slices and add in to bacon and onion and fry. Add in sauerkraut with rest of ingredients and simmer for half an hour.
