Sardines with Misua
Added a twist of my own from original: overseaspinoycooking Ingredients
- 2 small cans canned sardines in tomato sauce
- 100 grams of misua noddles
- 3 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 small size onion, sliced
- 1 med size tomato, chopped
- 2 pieces chopped chili
- dash of paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- canola oil
- 2 cups of water
Directions
- In a small sauce pan heat the oil and saute the garli until golden brown.
- Add in the onion and tomato and continue to sauté for 1 minute.
- Add in the sardines including sauce.
- Add 2 cups of water and chili, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in the misua noodles and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes
