Sapphire on Valentines
Fast approaching 'that' time of year, this drink has been created for the most romantic of us on Valentines day. Enjoy this as aperitif and always drink responsibly!! Ingredients
- 1oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1/2oz fresh Lemon juice
- small palmfull of fresh pear
- 3 Raspberries
- Martini Prosecco (top up)
Directions
- Shake all ingredients (exept Prosecco)
- Strain into champagne flute using a tea strainer- NO bits!
- Top up with Prosecco. Garnish with 2 raspberries dropped into the Cocktail. Enjoy!
