Sandy's Spanish Rice
Ingredients
- 1 lg. can Hunt's whole tomatoes
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. minced sweet Bermuda onion
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced finely
Directions
- Saute onions in a little oil; add in the green pepper and celery. Then add in the tomatoes and juice. Cut the tomatoes up small before adding. Cook about an hour. Mix with rice just before serving.
