Salsa De Chili (Chili Sauce)
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Gebhardt's Chili Pwdr
- 1 c. Tomatoes
- 1 c. Meat stock or possibly water
Directions
- Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in the butter till soft; add in flour, salt and Gebhardt's Chili Pwdr and stir till smooth. Add in tomatoes and meat stock or possibly water. Cook till thickened and smooth.
- Strain if you like.
